All After School Club sessions must be booked via the Arbor app.

We are pleased to be able to offer after-school child care provision to children attending St Catherine's.

Our after-school club runs from Monday to Friday during the school term. Children will be collected from their classroom at the end of the school day and can remain at the club up until 5:30pm.

Parents must book and pay for spaces in advance. This is done through your Arbor account. The club has become very busy and therefore, there may not always be spaces available. If you find that you are unable to book onto a particular session this will be due to the club having reached capacity for that day.

We are unable to refund or credit pre-booked sessions, so please consider this when making your bookings.

All children will get a piece of fruit/biscuit and a drink at the start of the session. Children will then be offered a snack tea at around 4:30pm (eg. crackers, toast, sandwiches).

There will be a variety of activities on offer for the children, including outdoor games and activities, arts and craft, board games, reading and drawing.

Charges for the club (per child) are as follows:

3pm - 5:00pm: £9.50
3pm - 5.30pm: £11.50
(Please ensure that children are collected no later than 5:30pm as in order to keep the cost to parents down, the staff are not paid after this time)

If you wish to pay by Childcare vouchers or the Government Tax Free childcare system, please contact Mrs Careford in the school office, who will help you to set this up.

Late collection charges:
If your child is not collected until after their pre-booked session end time (without prior arrangement), your account will be invoiced an additional £10 per child. This is to cover staff overtime costs and admin.
